01 / HOW IT WORKS
No experience with robots or AI needed. You bring access to real work; we bring the equipment, the tasks, and the customers.
Share your location, the kind of work you do, and who could record with you. It takes a few minutes.
TAKES / A FEW MINUTES
You receive a wearable camera, ready to record, and a short guide to what a good recording looks like.
YOU GET / DEVICE AND TRAINING
Record the tasks we agree, upload them, and get paid for every recording that passes review.
YOU GET / PAID FOR ACCEPTED WORK
02 / WHAT YOU RECORD
Robots are learning the hands-on tasks people do every day. The most useful recordings come from people who do those tasks for a living, in real workplaces, with real objects and real interruptions.

FAQ
Getting started
No. If you can use a smartphone, you can do this. We show you how to wear the camera, how to frame your hands and the task, and what makes a recording acceptable.
We provide the wearable camera: you receive it ready to record, with a short guide to what a good recording looks like. You also need a smartphone and an internet connection to upload recordings. Delivery, return and replacement of the camera are agreed with you during onboarding, before you record anything.
Earnings & recordings
It depends on the task, your location, and how many of your recordings pass review. Every task shows its rate before you accept it, so you always know what a recording is worth before you start.
Each recording is reviewed by the Telepath team against the task brief; if it is not accepted, we tell you why. Accepted recordings become training data for robotics teams building robots that do physical work. The recording rules on this page apply to every upload: record only where the site owner has agreed, tell the people around you, and keep private spaces and personal details out of frame. If you have a question about a specific recording, ask the team — applications and questions are handled by people, not an algorithm.
